Willard Leroy Ramsey

MR. W. L. RAMSEY Mr. Willard Leroy Ramsey, 80, of the Corinth Community in Heard County, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Florence Hand Home. Born February 25, 1934 in Atlanta, Mr. Ramsey was the son of the late Marian and Gladys Danial Ramsey. He was a retired truck driver from Warner Enterprises, was an Army and Air Force veteran, and had lived in the Corinth community for 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Marie Ramsey of Hogansville; daughters, Teresa Beckner of Prescott, AZ, Debora Watson of Hogansville, and Sandra McKowan of Indianapolis, IN; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Randall Hodge will officiate and interment will be in Corinth Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. Claude A.
