Wesley W. Gaddy

MR. WESLEY W. GADDY Mr. Wesley W. Gaddy, 42, of West Point, died Thursday, December 19, 2013. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 23, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with the Reverend Milton Hall officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 until 8 Sunday evening. Wesley was born February 6, 1971, in Newnan, lived in Troup County most of his life and was a graduate of Hogansville High School. A veteran of the Persian Gulf War, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He served two years in the Hogansville Police Department and sixteen years in the Troup County Sheriff's Department, where he was an investigator. Wesley was a member of Hogansville Masonic Lodge and was an avid golfer and a certified deep diver. Wesley is survived by his children, Luke Gaddy and his fiancée Yaritza Bermudez, Emily Gaddy, Trevor Gaddy, Trinity Gaddy; his parents, Louise and Arnold (Preacher) Gaddy; sister, Pam and Keith Wegienka; brothers, Bobby Gaddy and Chad Gaddy; grandchildren, Adalina Leonor Gaddy, Elijah Vazquez. He is also survived by the mothers of his children, Kathy Seroka, Stephanie Gaddy, and Jennifer Howard Smith. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
