Wendy Dollar Durrett

Wendy Dollar Durrett, 64, of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Ms. Durrett was born October 30, 1958, in Woodbury, daughter of the late Joseph Murray Dollar and Joyce Hamby Dollar. She was employed as a legal assistant for many years, lived in the Atlanta area before making her home in Greenville, and enjoyed caring for her animals.

Survivors include her daughters and son in-law, Jennifer Douglas of Greenville, Nicki and Danny Ashley of Dallas; sister, Wanda and Andy Snell of Madison; half-brother, Eddie and Janie Dollar of Hogansville; five grandchildren, Chyna, Kenda, Aniyah, Ellie Kate, Alaina; and two great-grandchildren, Jasiah and Kayden.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Friday.
