Vonceil Stevenson Gray

Mrs. Vonceil Stevenson Gray, 78, of Sharpsburg, passed away Monday, January 5, 2026, at Pruitt Healthcare of Greenville.

Mrs. Gray was born March 17, 1947, in Newnan, daughter of the late Bryant and Emilou Jacobs Stevenson. A lifelong resident of Coweta County, she retired from Beaulieu Nursing Center in Newnan after many years of service and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed flower gardening and watching the birds in her yard, and loved her chihuahua.

Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Ronnie and Sandra Gray of Sharpsburg; brothers, Randy and Diane Stevenson, Ronald Stevenson, Raymond and Elizabeth Stevenson, all of Newnan; two grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Gray.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 8, at the graveside in Southview Cemetery in Moreland. The Reverend Terry Calhoun will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 8., at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.
