Vance R. Gaddy

MR. VANCE R. GADDY Mr. Vance R. Gaddy, 45, of Newnan, passed away, Sunday, November 23, 2014, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Born January 28, 1969, in Newnan, Mr. Gaddy lived in Coweta County most of his life and was a 1987 graduate of Newnan High School. He was employed as a welder for a number of years at Brown Steel and Caldwell Tanks, and later worked as a carpenter and at PetsMart Distribution Center. He was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Wonda Gaddy of Newnan; his children, Andrew Gaddy and his fiancée, Mallory Wyatt of Newnan, Kayla Roberts and her husband, Dan La'Gree Roberts of Savannah, Cassidy Gaddy of Newnan; his mother, Betty Gaddy; brothers, Todd Gaddy, Joey Gaddy and his wife, Carla, all of Newnan; and granddaughter, Payton Gaddy. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 25, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend David Arrington and the Reverend Joey Gaddy will officiate and interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Monday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
