Mrs. Toonkeo "Toon" Flournoy, 60, of Moreland, passed away, Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Mrs. Flournoy was born July 1, 1960, in Laos, daughter of the late Bounsy and Pio Phomlavan. A resident of Coweta County for many years, she was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Newnan, was a member and former vice-president of Coweta East Gideon Auxillary Camp, and assisted in the operation of her family's real estate business. Mrs. Flournoy enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and sewing.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Vongdasy of Moreland; son in-law, Dave Williams; son and daughter in-law, Timothy and Kayla Flournoy of Luthersville; grandchildren, Mayson Williams, Haylo Williams, Sydney Flournoy, and Bodhi Flournoy; sisters, Somphon Phomlavan, Ann Phomlavan, Noy Wu, Claire Lavan, and Lanoi Phomlavan; brothers, Vieng Phomlavan, Chun Phomlavan, and, Ounla Phomlavan; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Flournoy.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 13, at the graveside in Meadows Cemetery in Grantville, with the Reverend Alton Midgett, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
