Timothy S. (Tim) Yoemans

MR. TIM YOEMANS Mr. Timothy S. (Tim) Yoemans, 42, of Hogansville, died Saturday, May 22, 2010, at his home. The family will host a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 29, at Crossroads Church (Old Campus) in Newnan. Following the service, the family wil receive friends at their home in Hogansville. Born February 19, 1968, in Hopkins, Minnesota, Mr. Yoemans was the son of the late Jerry and Eunice Berg Yoemans, and was raised in Marshalltown, Iowa. He was an Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm and lived in Florida and Newnan before making his home in Meriwether County in 2000. He was employed by D & N Electric Company of Atlanta and was a member of Crossroads Church. A beloved husband, father, and brother, Tim is survived by his wife, Jan Yoemans of Hogansville; daughter, Jessica Yoemans of Hogansville; son, Racer Yoemans of Marshalltown, IA; step-daughter, Jana Kinnersley and her husband, Kevin, of LaGrange; step-son, Ty Stewart and his wife, Patty, of Hogansville; four grandchildren; sisters and brother in-law, Julie Trowbridge of Rhodes, IA and Vickie and Alex Melgoza of Marshalltown; brother and sister in-law, Ron and Teri Yoemans of Marshalltown; and numerous nieces and nephews. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: The family will receive friends at their home following the memorial service on Saturday, May 29th.
