Terri Carden Burnett

Mrs. Terri Carden Burnett, 71, of Grantville, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Burnett was born October 18, 1953, daughter of the late William Eugene "Billy" Carden and Joan Hipp Carden Noles. A resident of the Hogansville area most of her life, she was employed at Carter's in Hogansville and later worked at the Grantville Post Office. She enjoyed bowling and had participated in several bowling leagues.

Survivors include her husband, Milton Burnett of Grantville; son, Jim Keith of Grantville; sisters, Kathy Jo Morrow (Jack Persinger) of Panama City Beach, FL, Candy Rudd (Michael Rudd) of Lake Wales, FL, Windy Jenne (Joey Jenne) of Melbourne, FL; and brothers, Gene Carden (Cam) of Newnan, and David Noles (Shannon Noles) of LaGrange; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jody Mitchell will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
