Tammy Diane Brown

Tammy Diane Brown, 54, of Moreland, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Ms. Brown was born August 29, 1966, in Newnan, daughter of the late Claude Edward Brown and Mildred Ann Murphy Brown. A homemaker, she was a lifelong resident of Meriwether and Coweta counties, and attended Bethel Baptist Church in the Rocky Mount Community of Meriwether County. Survivors include her husband, Fred Marks of Moreland; daughters, Tracey Tidwell of Whitesburg and Shannon Hefner of Luthersville; sister, Barbara Garrett of Atlanta; and grandchildren, Haley, Amanda, Brandon, Jr., Lily, Karmen, and Killian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Eugene Brown. The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27th at Bethel Baptist Church in Rocky Mount with the Reverend Kenny Heinzel officiating. Friends may visit the family prior to the service. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is assisting the family.
