Susanne Monahan Reich

Mrs. Susanne Monahan Reich, 69, of Hogansville, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020, at her home. Mrs. Reich was born November 12, 1950, at Ft. Benning, and was a graduate of Bakers High School in Columbus, GA. She lived in Colorado for many years before returning to Hogansville for the last 20 years. Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Michael David Reich of Hogansville; daughter and son in-law, Dr. Barbara Howell and her husband Chad of New Madison, OH; her mother and step-father, Elsie and Jarey Downing of Hogansville; sister, Georgette Smallwood of Carrollton; and grandchildren, Macy Ann Howell, Grant Howell, and Lucas Howell. She was preceded in death by her father, John G. Monahan; brother, Richard Monahan; sister, Mary Monahan; and her second husband of 18 years, Terry Hendricks. A family viewing was held Saturday night, January 11. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
