Steven Elisha Swick

Mr. Steven E. Swick, 43, of Franklin, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

Mr. Swick was born February 17, 1982 in Newnan and had been employed as a framer in home construction. He was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church and also attended Olive Branch Baptist Church in Franklin.

Survivors include his wife, Amber Swick of Franklin; his children, Brandy Swick, Allen Overholser, Izaac Overholser, Waylon Swick, and Eian Strickland; grandchildren, Justyce and Perci; his mother, Darlene Hammett of Franklin; father and step-mother, Steve and Donna Swick of Franklin; brother, Chadwick and Melanie Swick of Rock Mills, AL; sister, April and Tim Ackermann of Roanoke, AL; and several nephews and nieces.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 7, at Ridgeway Baptist Church in Franklin. The Reverend Rodney Rocquemore and the Reverend Lynn Janney will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday, prior to the service.
