Steven James Cribbs

Mr. Steven James Cribbs, 56, of Grantville, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at his home. Mr. Cribbs was born November 7, 1959, in Dade County, Florida. He was a resident of Andrews, North Carolina before making his home in Grantville in 2013, and was a retired mechanic. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycle riding. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Cribbs of Newnan; sons, Jason Cribbs of Hogansville, Christopher Cribbs of Rineyville, KY, and Damian Lang Cribbs of Luthersville; his mother and father, Joyce and Jim Hauser of Inverness, FL; brothers, Kenneth Allen Cribbs of Miami, FL, Timothy Mark Cribbs of Jacksonville, FL, George Allen Cribbs, Jr. of Brandon, FL; and grandchildren, Haleigh, Lauren, Brandon, Brett, Sara, Madison and Tiana. A private memorial service was conducted by his family. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville was in charge of arrangements.
