Sibyl Denney Lee

MRS. SIBYL D. LEE Mrs. Sibyl Denney Lee, of Hogansville, died Friday, January 13, 2012, at LaGrange Nursing and Rehabilitation. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, January 15, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Clinton Hughes will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., Sunday. A native of Heard County, Mrs. Lee was the daughter of the late William Alphonza Denney and the late Mary Ida Cook Denney. She had lived in Hogansville since 1926, and was Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey L. Lee, and is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
