Sherry Hammond Kligman

MRS. SHERRY H. KLIGMAN Mrs. Sherry H. Kligman, 51, of Hogansville, died Monday, January 19, 2009, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 22, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Mike Ellison officiating. Mrs. Kligman was born March 26, 1949, in Aiken county, South Carolina, daughter of the late John David Hammond and the late Annis Ozbourn Hammond. She was a retired high school teacher, was a member of Lighthouse Mennonite Church in Monticello, and had lived in Hogansville for the past ten years. Survivors include her husband, Michael P. Kligman of Hogansville; sons, Matthew Scott, John Scott, and Joseph Scott; step-son, Nicholas Kligman of Grand Rapids, MI; sister, Vicki Farr of Martinez; and one granddaughter. The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
