MRS. SHERI LEE CRAWFORD Mrs. Sheri Lee Crawford, 66, of Hogansville, passed away, Thursday, November 13, 2014, at her home, surrounded by her family, friends, and her critters. Born May 21, 1948 in Atlanta, Mrs. Crawford was the daughter of the late Fred William Gahr and Margaret Austin Whitlock. She was a member of Greenville Baptist Church, had worked as a patient advocate, and was 2005-2006 parent of the year at Greenville High School. Survivors include her husband, Chester Crawford of Greenville; children, Amanda Knox of Warm Springs, Jessica Holmes of Pine Mountain, and Chester Crawford, Jr. of Pennsylvania; brothers and sisters in-law; Larry and Sandy Whitlock, Steve and Cindy Whitlock, all of Hogansville, and Gurukirn and Satpurusha of Altamonte Springs, FL; sister and brother in-law, Debbie and Jeffery McFarland of Atlanta; grandchildren, Brett and Brennon Gibson and Camden Holmes; Many nieces and nephews and her caregivers, Judy McDaniel and Rachel Brown. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 15, in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Randall Hodge officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 until 2 Saturday afternoon. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to: Skye's Rescue, 1734 East Main Street, Hogansville, Georgia 30230 .
