MRS. SHEILA McGUFFIN Mrs. Sheila YaVonne McGuffin, 45, of Hogansville, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at her home. Born October 20, 1962, in Atlanta, Mrs. McGuffin had lived at Hogansville for the past fifteen years and had been employed as a shipping and receiving manager. Survivors include her husband, Styles J. McGuffin of Hogansville; daughter and son in-law, Nikowa Lee and Kevin Neil of Griffin; her mother, Lucille Kennedy of Macclenny, FL; sister, Sandra Brook of Blue Ridge; brothers, Michael Settle of Newnan and Clint Settle of Kennesaw; grandsons, Cody Forbus and Andrew Forbus, of Griffin; step-daughters, Elaine Garsee and Polly Fowler, both of LaGrange, and Gurtha and Derryl Miner of Conyers; step-son, James and Frances McGuffin of LaGrange; and several step-grandchildren. A memorial service is not planned at this time. The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
