Mrs. Sharon Walker Allen, 65, of the Louise Community of Troup County, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Allen was born March 19, 1956, in LaGrange and lived in Troup County most of her life. A homemaker, she was employed by Moneyback for a number of years, was a member of Crosspoint Church, and loved to visit Panama City Beach. Survivors include her daughter, Christy Lashley and Jose Diaz; sons, Eric Allen and Christy Austin, Justin Allen and Ashley Kee, all of Louise; granddaughters, Misty Corella and Richard, Charity Lashley and Issac, Ashley Ann Lashley; great-grandchildren, Emma, Marcos, Chelsie, Bobbie, Israel; brothers and sister in-law, Billy Franklin Walker of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Charles and Tammy Walker of Conway, Arkansas; and a close family friend, Tiffany Davis and her children, Aliyah and Karmello.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Eugene Allen; her father, Billy Walker; her mother, Mildred Blanks Walker Faulkner; and her step-father who raised her, Clifford Faulkner. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 18, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Dr. Tommy McLeroy will officiate and interment will be in Louise Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
