Shannon Elaine Dennis

Shannon Elaine Dennis, 34 of Greenville, passed away, Thursday, September 23, 2021 in LaGrange. Shannon was born September 27, 1986, and lived most of her life in LaGrange She loved singing and rapping, was always making crafts, and wrote poetry. Survivors include her daughter, Alayna Cato; son, Jaylon Cato, both of Greenville; mother, Tammy Barrett of LaGrange; father, Jerry Barrett of Alabama; and a sister and brother in-law, Ashley and Zach Starling of LaGrange. A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 2, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The family will receive friends from 4 until 5 Saturday afternoon. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
