Mr. Scottie Lee Walker, 59, of LaGrange, passed away. Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mr. Walker was born November 10, 1965, in LaGrange, son of the late Alvie Lee Walker and Gladys Bowman Walker. A resident of the Hogansville area most of his life, he was employed as a carpenter. He loved to fish and also enjoyed playing golf, searching for arrowheads, and playing horseshoes.

Survivors include his daughters, Cindy Taylor and her husband Cody of Greenville, Amy Hall and her husband James of West Point; a very special friend, Rachel Spradlin of LaGrange; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Madisyn, Bristol, Hayley, Brittany, and Bubba; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him very much.

The funeral service will be conducted at 4:30 p.m., Monday, January 14, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with Pastor Mark Davenport officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday, prior to the service.
