MRS. SARA ANN HOGAN Mrs. Sara Ann Hogan, 60, of Hogansville, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 24, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jerry Scarborough will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 9 Wednesday night. Mrs. Hogan was born January 28, 1952, in Newnan, daughter of the late Joseph and Linnie Wilkes Brand. She had been employed as a personal caregiver and was a member of the Assembly of God. Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Hogan of LaGrange; son, Michael Hogan of Grantville; brothers, Floyd Brand of Grantville and Edkin Brand of Hogansville; and grandchildren, Danielle Nelson, Cierra Hogan, and Schae Hogan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hogan, and daughter, Misty Diane Hogan. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
