Sandra Duncan Teague

Mrs. Sandra Duncan Teague, 78, of Carrollton, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Teague was born December 31, 1939, in Newnan, daughter of the late Arthur Treadwell Duncan and I. V. Whatley Duncan. A former resident of Troup County, she had lived in Carrollton for the past 29 years. She retired as a payroll clerk from West Point Pepperell in LaGrange and then was employed and retired from Atlanta Photography. Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Vija and Mike Runels of Pensacola, FL; sons and daughter in-law, Clifford and Gina Teague of Fruithurst, AL and Chuck Teague of Birmingham, AL; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Mezrah and brother, Art Duncan. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 30, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Terry Rainwater will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
