Sandra Mcgee Jetter

Mrs. Sandra McGee Jetter, 81, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, at Fayetteville Center for Nursing. Mrs. Jetter was born January 4, 1941, in Hogansville, daughter of the late Robert Alvin McGee and Josephine Hodges McGee. A 1959 graduate of Hogansville High School, she lived in the Atlanta area until returning to make her home in Hogansville 20 years ago. She retired from AT&T after 42 years of service and enjoyed reading and watching television. Survivors include her sister, Myric Paige Jackson; and her nephew, Mark Wyche, both of Moreland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Derek Stephen Jetter, and her brother, Robert A. McGee, Jr. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Randall Hodge officiating.
