Mr. Samuel Charles (Sammy) Wynn, 57, of Newnan, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Mr. Wynn was born November 13, 1958, in Anderson, SC, had lived in Georgia since 1981, and was a sales representative for Mutt and Jeff Enterprises. He loved football and was an avid Clemson fan. Survivors include his step-children, Taylor and Jett; his mother, Linda Duncan of Belton, SC; brothers, David Wynn of Newnan and Billy Frank Wynn of Belton; sister, Elaine Martin also of Belton; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 20, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Aaron McCollough officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
