MRS. RUTHIE MOORE Mrs. Ruthie Geeter Moore, 63, of LaGrange, died Saturday, December 17, 2011, at her home. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 20, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Interment will be in Gray Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The body of Mrs. Moore has been carried to the home of her niece, Christy Rice, at 74 Mount Zion Church Road in LaGrange, where the family will receive friends Monday evening. Mrs. Moore was born December 23, 1947, in Langdale, Alabama, daughter of the late Thomas and Corine White Geeter. She lived in LaGrange most of her life, was retired from the Hillside Division of Milliken and Company, and was Baptist by faith. Survivors include her sons and daughter in-law, Eddie Kitchens of LaGrange and Stacy and Tina Moore of Hogansville; sisters, Irene Ozley of West Point, Betty Statum of LaGrange, and Sheila Stewart of Dadeville, AL; brother, Roger Geeter of LaGrange; grandchildren, Jeremy Moore, Ashley Moore and her fiancée, Ronnie Clark; and great-grandson, Carson Clark. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
