Mr. Russell Jason "Jay" Heiser, 52, of West Point, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at his home. He was born July 24, 1971, in Pittsburgh, PA.

He is survived by his wife, Joy Heiser; son, Jacob (Elizabeth) Heiser; daughter, Kamber Heiser; grandchildren, Jacob Watts and Jameson McDonald; along with other family members.

Plans for a Celebration of Life will be announced later.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
