Roy Scott Lipham

MR. ROY SCOTT LIPHAM Mr. Roy Scott Lipham, 56, of West Point, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Born July 18, 1957 in Roanoke, Alabama, Mr. Lipham was the son of the late Hugh Richard Lipham and Aline Cummings Lipham. He was a Navy veteran, having served in Vietnam, and was a mechanic by trade. Survivors include his sons, Luther Scott Lipham of Rockmart, Roy David Lipham, Levi Scott Lipham, both of West Point, Jeremy Roy Tucker of Newnan, and Jarad Laster of Franklin; daughters, Melissa Brooke Lipham and Summer Necole Lipham of West Point; sister, Shirley Gay of West Point; brothers, Richard Lipham of Moreland, Tony Lipham of Jackson, and Steve Robbins of Douglasville; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristen Nichole Lipham. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, at Gray Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Jimmy Pruitt officiating.
