Rosa Tucker Finley

Mrs. Rosa Tucker Finley, 48, of Manchester, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Warm Springs Medical Center. Rosa was born June 26, 1972 in Lorain, Ohio and had lived in the West Georgia and East Alabama area for the last 10 years. She was a kind and caring person who loved talking to people. Rosa loved her dog and grandchildren more than anything and will be remembered as a Gangsta Nana. Survivors include her daughter, Joslyn Rodriguez (Isiah) of Ft. Mitchell; son, Conrad Reynolds (Laura Lallo); mother, Bertha Tucker of Ohio; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Finley; her Aunt Lois; and her Uncle Dave. The family will hold a private memorial at a later date. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
