Mr. David Haynes, 57, of Hogansville, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Born March 13, 1959 in Newnan, Mr. Haynes was a lifelong resident of Heard County. He was a graduate of Heard County High School and was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his mother, Mary Haynes; brother and sister in-law, Donald and Barbara Haynes, all of Hogansville; and his nieces and nephews, Mike and Michelle Webb, Jimmy and Mandy Haynes, Kelly and Rodney Prickett, all of LaGrange, and Dereck Haynes of Cartersville. He was preceded in death by his father, Green Haynes, brother, Jerry Wayne Haynes, and sister, Mary Jane Webb. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 25, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Milton Hall will officiate and interment will be in the Corinth Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Saturday evening. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
