Mrs. Robin Johnson Barrett, 59, of Hogansville, passed away. Friday, April 2, 2021, at Hospice LaGrange. Born May 29, 1961 in Carrollton, Mrs. Barrett was a 1979 graduate of Heard County High School in Franklin. She had lived in Hogansville since 1983 and was employed as a florist for Ingles in Hogansville for the past fifteen years. Survivors include her husband, David Barrett; her children and their spouses, Nickie and Josh Crawford, Bubba Barrett, Wally and Gabby Barrett, Tammy and Jason Moore, Beth and Corey Lashley, Audrey and Caleb Anderson; her parents, Marvolene and Billy Henry, Hulett Johnson; brother, Tommy and Terri Johnson, brothers in-law and sisters in-law, Janetha and Woody Caswell, Meadow St. Clair, Richard Randles; thirteen grandchildren, Courtney, Jack, Carson, Ryder, Layton, Justin, Kaydence, Kinsley, Khloe, Jude, Cohen, Jennings, Saylah; and special friends, Richard and Midge Stephens. She was preceded in death by her son, Nicholas Barrett; sister, Rita Randles; and her mother in-law and father in-law, Sylvia and Whitley Barrett, Jr. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 5, at First United Methodist Church of Hogansville. The Reverend John Evans will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Robin's favorite holiday season was Easter and the family requests that those attending wear bright Easter or Spring colors. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 Sunday night at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
