Robert Harold Wilkie

Mr. Robert Harold Wilkie, 85, of LaGrange, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mr. Wilkie was born June 27, 1940, in Hendersonville, NC, son of the late Curtis Daniel Wilkie and Mary Martha Suttles Wilkie. A veteran of service in the U.S. Army, he lived in Troup County most of his life, was Baptist by faith, and retired as a truck driver for Roadway Express. His family and church were the important parts of his life, but he also enjoyed coon hunting and supervising the work done by his son's company, Wilkie Home Improvement.

Survivors include his wife, Nonie Wilkie of LaGrange; daughter, Anne and Dan Blalock of Hogansville; sons, Bobby and Tara Wilkie, Chris and Paige Wilkie, all of Hogansville; sister, Mildred McFalls of Fletcher, NC; grandchildren, Rett and Kimberly Jones, Carson and Amanda Wilkie, Kennedy Wilkie, Claire Wilkie, Parker Wilkie, Zachary and Anne Marie Blalock, Ryan and Katelyn Blalock; and great-grandchildren, Archie Jones, Gia Jones, William Wilkie, Zoey Blalock, Zadie Blalock, Jack Blalock, Clay Blalock, and Kynlee Dennis.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 20, at the graveside in Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange, with the Reverend Brad Thompson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Monday.
