Robert T. (Bobby) Hall

Mr. Robert T. (Bobby) Hall, 69, of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the home of his son. Mr. Hall was born December 29, 1946, in Hogansville, son of the late Jesse Hall, Sr. and Edna Reason Hall. A resident of Troup County most of his life, he was employed for many years as a mechanic at Milliken and Company Elm City Division and was also a former employee of Buffalo Rock Company. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his wife, Lugene Hall; son and daughter in-law, Thomas and Megan Hall; daughters and sons in-law, Brandi and D'Andre Reaves, Sekeeta and William McCain, all of Hogansville; former son in-law, Shane Dickson of Arizona; brother, Leroy Hall of Alabama; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Tumlin and his brother, Jesse Hall, Jr. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Marvin Purgason will officiate and interment will be in Hillview East Cemetery in LaGrange. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Sunday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
