ROBERT F. PEARCE
Robert Franklin (Bob) Pearce, 60, of Hogansville, died Friday, March 13, 2009.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jack Sapp will officiate and interment will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City, with military honors.
Mr. Pearce was born August 5, 1948, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, son of the late Arthur Franklin Pearce and the late Irmah McColl Pearce. A resident of Hogansville since 2006, he lived in Clayton County most of his life and was retired from Benton Express. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, was a member of Hogansville American Legion Post 152, and attended Prospect Church in Heard County.
He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Pearce of California. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances May Pearce, and his brother, Charles Duncan Pearce.
Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
