Richard C. Pistole, Sr.

Mr. Richard C. Pistole, 81, of Luthersville, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019, at his home. Mr. Pistole was born February 18, 1938, in Sparta, Tennessee, son of the late Grant and Anne Howard Pistole. A resident of Georgia most of his life, he retired from General Motors as a plumber, and then was employed by several other companies. Survivors include his son, Richard C. "Richie" Pistole, Jr. of Warren, Michigan; sisters, Debbie Cote of Harrison Township, Michigan, Karen Krause of St. Clair, Michigan, Glenda DeLong of Harrison Township, Michigan; sister, Margaret Henry of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A service is not being planned at this time. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
