REV. BOBBY WILLIAMSON The Reverend Bobby Lee Williamson, 77, of Franklin, died Saturday, July 2, 2011, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jeremy Williamson and Pastor Tina Deese will officiate and interment will be in the Caswell Family Cemetery in Franklin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 Monday night. Mr. Williamson was born October 6, 1933, in Carrollton, son of the late Alfred and Lois Farmer Williamson. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he lived in Carrollton before making his home in Heard County in 2005 and was retired from Thornton Chevrolet in Lithia Springs, having worked in auto parts over 40 years. He also drove a special needs school bus in Carroll County for several years, was a member of Cathedral of Praise in LaGrange, and had served as pastor of Congregational Holiness churches at Lowell, Centralhatchee, and Sargent. Survivors include his wife, Martha Williamson; children; grandchildren; and many other loved ones. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 7 until 9 Monday night, July 4th, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 5th, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Interment: Caswell Family Cemetery in Franklin
