MISS REBECCA SIMS Miss Rebecca Jane Sims, 39, of LaGrange, died Saturday, December 28, 2013, at West Georgia Medical Center. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 30, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Terry Prestridge will officiate and interment will be in the Pine Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Sunday night. Miss Sims was born January 9, 1974, in LaGrange, daughter of the late Olin McArthur (Mac) Sims and Margaret Helen Cole Sims. She was a lifelong resident of LaGrange, was a member of Stovall Baptist Church, and was a graduate of Troup High School. Survivors include her sisters and brother in-law, Barbara and Chanc Williams of Hogansville and Rhonda Fuller of LaGrange; brother, David Sims of LaGrange; former brother in-law, Darrell Fuller, also of LaGrange; and several nieces.
