REBECCA TYSON LACY Rebecca Ann Tyson Lacy, age 76, passed away at Piedmont Newnan Hospital on November 22, 2011. A former resident of Huguley, AL, she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Huguley, where she taught Sunday School for many years, and was wife of the late CMSGT William C. Lacy. She had lived in Hogansville with her daughter, Renee′, for the past six years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Hadaway Tyson; brother, John Tyson; sister, Jane Long; and her husband's son, Curtis Lacy. She is survived by her niece, Debbie Fowler and her husband, Bob; brother, Bill Tyson and his wife, Rudean, and their daughter, Wanda; her husband's other children, Patty Lacy-Martin and her husband, Micah, and their daughter, Stephanie Harris, and their grandchildren, Mason and Piper; Donnie Lacy and his wife, Deborah, and their children, Joshua and Jolene, and their granddaughter, Dyanary. Also surviving are Curtis Lacy's children, Candy Lacy and her children, Brittney, Erica and Kayla; Chris Lacy and his wife, Kim, and their sons, Michael and Alan; Rodney Lacy; Curtis Lacy, Jr. and his children, Lauren, Laura, Alley and Autumn; Jesse Lacy and his wife, Gayle, and their children, Jesse Lacy, Jr., Elizabeth Lacy and her children, Aubree, Kaycee, Haley and Jaden. From a previous marriage, Mrs. Lacy was preceded in death by a son, Richard Earl Lacy and a daughter, Becki Mae Massey. She is survived by Richard Lacy's children, Wendy Rodgers and her children, Cameron, Kylee and Cassi; Lynda Lacy and her husband, Sean Barrett and their children Kayla and Noah; Bryan Lacy and his children, Bryan, Kristina and Amber; Becki's children, Hope Canales and her husband Joe, and their children, Mario and Victoria; Bridgett Binion and her husband, David; Chris Matuzek and his wife, Ashley and their children, Jade, Hannah, Kaine and Lacy. Also surviving are Mrs. Lacy's daughter, Angela Renee′ Lacy-Koch and her husband, Jerry, and her daughters, Michelle Renee′ Bloxom and her husband, Dave, and Jennifer Anne Jones. Great-grandchildren are Michelle's daughter, Jessica Renee′ Alsobrook and her daughter Cheyenne Renee′; and Jennifer's children, Chelsea Anne, Cody and Christian Jones. May she rest in peace. A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 17, at Calvary Baptist Church in Huguley, AL. The family will receive friends at the church immediately before and after the service. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
