MRS. REBA B. FLOURNOY Mrs. Reba Bradbury Flournoy, 75, of Newnan, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Atlanta Medical Center. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, at Westside Baptist Church in Newnan. Dr. Melvin Payne and the Reverend Alton Midgett will officiate and interment will be in Meadows Cemetery in Grantville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Monday night. Mrs. Flournoy was born September 12, 1938, in Coweta County, daughter of the late Levi Bradbury and Rosa McCollum Bradbury. A lifelong resident of Coweta County, she worked for Grantville Mills and retired from William L. Bonnell Co. and from Lorraine Products, and was a member of Westside Baptist Church, where she was involved in women's ministries. She assisted her late husband, Reverend Hubert J. Flournoy, in his ministry and together they supported many missionaries and Christian works. Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Sandra and Donald Johnson of Moreland; sons and daughters in-law, Randy and Lynn Flournoy of Greenville, Levi and Toon Flournoy of Moreland; grandchildren, LeAnn Stokes and her husband Ben, Timothy Flournoy and his wife Marlena, Cody Flournoy, Will Johnson, Sandy Vongdasy, Heather Freeman Carretto and her husband Dominic; and great-grandchildren, Sky Ann Stokes, Dominic Carretto, Jr., and Sydney Rae Flournoy. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Monday night, January 13th, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14th, at Westside Baptist Church in Newnan Interment: Meadows Cemetery in Grantville
