Ralph John Tazioli, Jr.

Mr. Ralph John Tazioli, Jr., 82 of Luthersville, passed away Monday September 6, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Born June 17, 1939 in Worcester, MA, Mr. Tazioli was the son of the late Ralph John Tazioli, Sr. and Louise Astukewicz Tazioli. He was a graduate of Arizona State University, an Air Force veteran with 20 years of service, and retired from Honeywell after 20 years of service. Mr. Tazioli was known as "Happy" by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a constant worker, having built his first house at age 23 and his last house at age 63. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels in Marion, NC, having served as a Eucharistic Minister, coached T-Ball, loved dogs, and enjoyed woodworking and riding on his tractor. Having to move many times for his work, Mr. Tazioli has lived in Luthersville for the past 2 years with that being his 24th move. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Tazioli; children, Sharon Waltman (William), all of Luthersville, R. John Tazioli, III and Laurie Tazioli, both of Marion, NC; sister Marilou Birkenstock of Memphis, TN; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. The family will host a memorial service at Our Lady of the Angels in October. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
