MRS. RACHEL WILLIAMSON Mrs. Rachel Watson Williamson, 68, of Hogansville, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at her home. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, at the Lighthouse Tabernacle of Jesus Christ in Hogansville. The Reverend Robert Longshore and the Reverend David Simmons will officiate and interment will be in the Veal Cemetery in Carroll County. Mrs. Williamson was born August 4, 1942, in Randolph County, Alabama, daughter of the late William Elixender Watson and Ruthie Mae Taylor Watson. A former resident of LaGrange, she had lived in Hogansville for sixteen years and was a member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle of Jesus Christ. Survivors include her husband, Delton Williamson of Hogansville; daughters and sons in-law, Teresa and William Cox and Ronnie Sue and Daniel Cox, all of Hogansville, Becky Pruitt of Douglasville, and Charlene and Ronald Wheeler of Morrow; son, Joseph Williamson of Hogansville, sisters, Nellie Mae Posey and Lorrine Allen, both of LaGrange; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Thursday nihgt, January 27th, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 28th, at Lighthouse Tabernacle of Jesus Christ in Hogansville Interment: Veal Cemetery in Carroll County
