Polly Damron Warren

Mrs. Polly Damron Warren, 90, of Newnan, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018, at Avalon Nursing and Rehabilitation in Newnan. Mrs. Warren was born December 3, 1927, in Thomaston, daughter of the late William David Damron and Love Harris Damron. She was employed as a waitress for many years and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Hogansville. Survivors include her sons and daughter in-law, Richard and Joyce White of Newnan, Larry Whitmore of Duluth; sisters, Betty Sue Allen of Hogansville, Barbara Jean Smith of LaGrange; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alva Warren; daughter, Emily Louise White; and her son, Marshall White. An interment service will be planned at a later time. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
