MRS. POLLY BANKS Mrs. Polly Banks, 49, of Hogansville, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 10, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Jody Mitchell will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Born December 13, 1960, in Newnan, Mrs. Banks was a lifelong resident of Hogansville and was a member of the Baptist church. Along with her husband, she owned and operated International Café in Hogansville. Survivors include her husband, Ricky Banks; son, Kevin Banks; mother, Roberta Gaddy, all of Hogansville; sisters, Dianne Clay of Woodbury and Shirley Shiflett of Hogansville; and brother, Buddy Gaddy, also of Hogansville. She was preceded in death by her father, Hiram W. Gaddy. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
