MRS. PEGGY RINGER HARLEY Mrs. Peggy Ringer Harley, 78, of Lincolnton, died Friday, July 19, 2013, at West Georgia Medical Center. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, at Asbury United Methodist Church in the Harrisonville Community of Troup County. The Reverend Wayne Hester will officiate and interment will be in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. Mrs. Harley was born April 19, 1935, in LaGrange, daughter of the late Jerome and Mary Jackson Ringer. She retired from Stolzberg Research, had lived at Lincolnton for the past eighteen years, and was a member of Pine Grove Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, SSM Dwight G. Harley, Sr. (USAF, ret.) of Lincolnton; daughter and son in-law, Scarlett and Mike Holland; son and daughter in-law, Darrell and Sandy Traylor, all of LaGrange; step-sons, Dwight, Jr. and Jamie Harley of Brookings, SD, John and Pam Harley of Vidalia; brothers, Jerome Ringer of LaGrange; John (Buck) Ringer of Franklin, TN, Joe Ringer of Louisiana; grandchildren, Candice Everingham, Sheena Whitten, Chad Traylor, Landon Traylor; and great-grandchildren, Josie Whitten, Jackson Everingham, Conner Everingham, Owen Everingham. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24th, at Asbury United Methodist Church Services: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24th, at Asbury United Methodist Church Interment: Providence Cemetery in the Harrisonville Community
