MRS. PAULINE COUCH TAYLOR

Mrs. Pauline Couch Taylor, 97 of Moreland, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born April 23, 1928 in Moreland, Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of the late Marion Washington Couch and Effie Hubbard Couch. She was a lifelong resident of Moreland and was a member of Moreland Baptist Church. Mrs. Taylor was never someone who would sit still. She worked at First Baptist of Newnan's daycare for several years, was active at Moreland Baptist vacation bible school, and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Jean McElroy (Lynn) of Moreland and Paulette Kelley Gray (Mike) of LaGrange; sons, Jeff Taylor (Pam) of Franklin and Mike Taylor of Moreland; a son in-law, Jesse Roberts of Chattahoochee Hills; grandchildren, Kelley Robinette, Tracy Robinette, Kenneth Taylor, Mark Taylor, Kevin Roberts (Angie), Astra Duncan (Mike), Chad McElroy (Jennifer), and Jeffrey Taylor, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Kenley Benton, Taylor Duncan, Olivia Duncan, Gracie McElroy, Jackson Taylor, Alex Roberts, and Tyler Roberts. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Taylor; her son, Ralph W. Taylor, Jr.; her daughter, Linda Kelley Roberts; 5 sisters and 6 brothers.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 9, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.
