Paul Deleath Stephens

MR. PAUL D. STEPHENS Mr. Paul D. Stephens, 61, of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013, in the comfort of Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Rick Lipp will officiate and interment will be in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery in LaGrange. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Tuesday night. Mr. Stephens was born July 1, 1952, in Sand Mountain, Alabama, son of the late James and Ruth Windsor Stephens. A 1971 graduate of Hogansville High School, he was employed as a track inspector for CSX Railroad, with over thirty years of service. He enjoyed small engine repair and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Dana Stephens; daughter and son in-law, Paula and David Flagg; son and daughter in-law, John and Lisa Stephens, all of LaGrange; brothers and sister in-law, Philip Stephens, Richard and Bernice Stephens, all of Hogansville; and nine grandchildren.
