Paul Gordon Price

Mr. Paul Gordon Price, 61, of Tampa, Florida, passed away November 6, 2023, at St. Joseph's Hospital North in Tampa.

Paul was born April 13, 1962, in Jacksonville Florida, son of the late Marion Hull Price and Shirley Yvonne Haney Price. He attended Hyles-Anderson College for several years, was employed at life support, working as an EKG technician supervisor at the time of his passing.

He was a proud member of Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater Florida and enjoyed writing and playing music and being surrounded by his family and friends, who will always remember him for his humor, adamant faith in his Lord, and his love and admiration for music.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Marion H. and Shirley Price; his sister, Susan Burnham; and nephew, Steven Price Jr. He is survived by his wife, Dorlena Rodriguez Price; daughter, Hannah Rachel Price; step-sons, Eric Noel Rodriguez and Louis Elias Rodriguez. His surviving siblings and their families include, his late sister Susan's husband, Stacey Burnham and children, Amy Burnham and Lee Burnham; brother, Marion Price Jr.; his twin brother Steven Price and his wife Julie and children Jennifer Coleman and Jessica Foster; brother, Bryan Price and his wife Kim and children, Brittnye Spivey, Cecile Price, Tyler Price, Stephanie Perry, Kayla Parker; brother, John Price and his wife Angie, and children Randy Brady and Gabrielle Cook; and sister, Leigh Ann Olson and her late husband Marty Olson, and children Chelsea Phillips and Andrew Olson.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Dr. Tommy McLeroy will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
