Patricia Ann Turner

Mrs. Patricia Ann Turner, 86, of Hogansville, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

Mrs. Turner was born March 17, 1938, in El Cerrito, CA, daughter of the late John Lester Lee and Harriet Copeland Lee. She was raised in Texas, had lived in Georgia for 45 years, and lived in Palmetto before making her home in Hogansville. A member of Family Worship Center in Hogansville, she served as a children's Sunday School teacher for more than 40 years at every church that she attended. She was a loving, Christian woman who made time for her personal devotionals every morning and night. She also loved to play cards and dominoes and was known to be very competitive.

Survivors include her children, Barbara Ganter (Larry Ganter) of Three Rivers, TX, Danny White (Ken Sather) of Seattle, WA, Debbie Flournoy (Robert Wayne Flournoy) of Greenville, Melody Ahlgrim (Kevin Ahlgrim), April Turner, Kenny Turner (Nancy Turner), all of Aztec, NM; sister, Lenore Dolson (Donnie Dolson) of Friendswood, TX; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Turner.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend James Calhoun will officiate and interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
