Patricia "Susie" Loner

Mrs. Patricia "Susie" Garland Loner, 69 of Newnan, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital surrounded by her children and brothers.

Born January 26, 1955 in Murphy, NC, Mrs. Loner was the daughter of the late Thomas and Martha Campbell Garland. She spent most of her life in Newnan and was Baptist by faith. Mrs. Loner gave life to two daughters and with her death, will give life to countless others with her gift of organ donation.

Survivors include her daughters and son in-law, Cassie and Neal Smith of Grantville and Christy Banks of Franklin; brothers and sisters in-law, Gary Garland, Tommy and Melinda Garland, and Tim and Holly Garland, all of Newnan; grandchildren, Holly Ann White, Junior Smith, Erin Banks, and Kenneth Banks; and great-grandchildren, Emrie Parker, David Parker, Colton Parker, Scarlett Banks, and Avelah Banks.

The family is honoring Mrs. Loner's wishes that a memorial service not be conducted.
