MR. NELSON WESTBERRY Mr. Nelson E. Westberry, 67, of LaGrange, died Sunday, August 8, 2010, at his home. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 11, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with interment in Meadoway Gardens in LaGrange. Mr. Westberry was born December 25, 1942, in Waycross and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He had lived in LaGrange for 35 years, was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church, and had been employed at Hillside Division of Milliken and Co. and Wells Fargo Security. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Westberry of LaGrange; step-daughters, Margaret Jean Parker of Valley, AL, Brenda Sims and Beverly Mitchell, of LaGrange ; step-sons, Aaron and Elaine Buchanan and Billy Ray Buchanan of LaGrange, and Wayne Buchanan of Poncas City, OK; 7 step-grandchildren; and 17 step-great-grandchildren. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Tuesday night, August 10th, at Claude A.
