Neil Maurice Blouin

Neil Maurice Blouin, 62, of LaGrange, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, at his home.

Mr. Blouin was born May 19, 1961, in St. Albans City, Vermont, spent his childhood in Enosburg Falls, Vermont where he attended Enosburg Falls High School, and lived in Vermont and New York most of his life. A veteran of service in the U.S. Navy, he was a retired building contractor, was an auto enthusiast, and had lived in LaGrange for the past six months.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Blouin; daughter, Claudette Blouin; son, Tommy Blouin; grandchildren, Mica Dupee and Rowen Irwin, all of Plattsburgh, New York; his mother Annette Blouin of Enosburg Falls; sisters, Nancy Blouin of Williston, Vermont, Noreen Curtis of Bakersfield, Vermont, Laura Thorburn of Phoenix, Arizona; and brother, Michael Blouin of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his father, Noel Charles Blouin.

A memorial service is not being planned at this time.
