MRS. NANCY CAROL WILLIAMS Mrs. Nancy Carol Williams, 68, of Christian City at Union City, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at Christian City. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 1, at Bethel Baptist Church in the Rocky Mount Community of Meriwether County. The Reverend Chuck Byrom will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born February 18, 1941, in Brandon, FL, daughter of the late Cecil Edward Egbert and the late Gladys McGee Egbert. A former resident of Fayetteville, she lived at Rocky Mount for twenty years before making her home at Christian City in 2003. She was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include her husband, Bob Williams of Rocky Mount; daughter, Lisa Roberts of Bremen; sons and daughter in-law, Tommy Williams of Alpharetta and Robert and Felicia Williams of Sharpsburg; and four grandchildren, Trey Northrop, Joeli Morris, Cecil Alexander Williams, and Robert Dean Williams.
